★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボリューム満点のランチでした。カニクリームコロッケが売りでしょうか。めっちゃ美味しかったです。私はチキンカツ定食を食べましたが、満足な美味しさでした。
ソースは味噌かソースでした。本当はデミグラスが好きですが、まあ問題なしですね。
定食のご飯が多いので、ダイエットしている方などは小ライスがベストです。
嫁はカニクリームコロッケでしたが、洋食を選んだので分厚いパンが1枚付いてきました。これもまた良しですね。

Since there are many set meals, small rice is the best for those who are on a diet.

この日伺ったのは東山線覚王山駅から徒歩5分ほどにある、ひらきさん♪
平日でも行列が出来る人気のお店ですが、先日近くを通った時に、移転のため12月に一時閉店、再会は2022年8月以降との貼り紙を見たので、一時閉店前に行かねば?
この日は週末の20分ほど前に着き、先客10名ほど、開店直後には30人ほどの行列?
店内はテーブル9卓でMax22名のキャパなので、1回転目に確実に入るには早めに並ぶのが1番ですね?
注文したのは当店名物のカニクリームコロッケに、有頭大海老フライ、ハンバーグ、目玉焼きが付いた定食1700円を注文?♂️
個人的な洋食屋さん三種の神器が味わえるセット到着まで待つ事30分?
あまりに大きな有頭海老フライは真上から撮ったら収まりきらなくて残念?
でも食べ応え抜群で頭から尻尾までバリバリ行きました?
久しぶりにトマトベースのソースのハンバーグを食べましたが、ほんのりとサルサっぽい感じで酸味のあるソースがたっぷりかかった煮込み風の柔らかなハンバーグ?
そしてやはりカニクリームコロッケですね?
ほんのりと赤みがかかったベシャメルソースはバターの風味は勿論ですが、濃厚で美味い?
付け合せのサラダもたっぷりで、ご飯は普通のお店より多いからかなり満足できました??

I visited Mr. Hiraki on this day, about a 5-minute walk from Kakuoyama Station on the Higashiyama Line.
It's a popular shop where you can line up even on weekdays, but when I passed by the other day, it was temporarily closed in December due to relocation, and I saw a sticker saying that the reunion will be after August 2022, so I have to go before the temporary closing ?
This day arrived about 20 minutes before the weekend, and there was a line of about 10 customers and about 30 people right after the store opened ?
The store has 9 tables and a maximum capacity of 22 people, so it's best to line up early to make sure you enter the first turn ?
I ordered a set meal of 1700 yen with headed fried shrimp, hamburger steak, and fried egg on our specialty crab cream croquette ?♂️
30 minutes to wait until the arrival of the set where you can taste the three sacred treasures of a personal Western restaurant ?
It's a pity that the too big headed fried shrimp can't fit if taken from directly above ?
But it was excellent to eat and went crunchy from head to tail ?
I ate a hamburger steak with tomato-based sauce for the first time in a long time, but a soft hamburger steak with a slightly salsa-like sauce and plenty of sour sauce ?
And after all it is crab cream croquette ?
The slightly reddish bechamel sauce has a buttery flavor, of course, but it is rich and delicious ?
There was plenty of garnished salad, and there was more rice than in a regular restaurant, so I was quite satisfied ??

名古屋の有名洋食店に行ってみました！
外観からも歴史を感じられるこれぞ老舗といったところ。
11時オープン前から列が出来ていて、開店と同時でほぼ満席！
テイクアウトのお客さんもちらほらいました。
季節的に牡蠣が始まっていたので
折角なら旬のモノをいただきました〜。

お店の看板であるカニクリームコロッケは食べたかったので
両方楽しめるコチラで！
カニクリームコロッケもカキフライも
お洒落というよりは昔懐かしいタイプ。
飽きも来なくクセになる感じなので、
これだけ長いこと続いているのかなぁ〜。
やはり看板というだけあって
カニクリームコロッケは美味しかった〜。
玉ねぎの甘みも感じられて、みんなが好きなやつ！
ご飯は普通サイズにしたんですが、やばい量きてビビりました。笑
聞いたら、他より「多め」がこのお店の「普通」だとか。
女性は少なめで良いかも。周りはそうしてました。笑
これでこのお値段なことにビックリ。
とってもコスパ良いです！
近くにあったら通いたくなるお店です。
また来たいなぁ〜と思っていたら、
どうやら2021年12月をもって一旦閉店になるとか。
再開は翌年の8月以降だそうです。
今年中にまた行かなければ！！！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日ランチで訪問。これまで何度も行く機会がありましたが、待ちの行列を見ては心が折れてあきらめる、を繰り返してました。
建て替え移転のため１２月で一旦休業されるとのことで、今日こそはと開店１０分前から並びました。
カニクリームコロッケと季節限定のカキフライ、それにハンバーグという贅沢なメニュー、ハンバーグスペシャル+カキフライ1,450円を選択。
カニクリームコロッケは一つ。とろーりクリームと衣のサクッとが絶妙で評判通り美味しい。カキフライは大きめサイズが三つ。カキの風味は弱かったですが、美味しかったです。カニコロには、タルタルソースがついてくるのですが、カキフライの分のタルタルソースも付けて欲しかったなと思います。
ハンバーグは、適度に肉感を感じる洋食屋さんのハンバーグ。ソースは、酸味のあるトマトソースでした。
次は、オムライスやからあげなどをオーダーしてみます。
一つ一つ丁寧に作られているので提供時間はかかります。お客さんには高齢の方も多いので食べるスピードもゆったりですので、待ち時間もそれに比例します。

The hamburger steak is a Western-style restaurant that feels moderately flesh. The sauce was a sour tomato sauce.
Next, I will order omelet rice and fried chicken.
Since each item is carefully made, it will take some time to serve. Many of our customers are elderly, so the speed of eating is slow, so the waiting time is proportional to that.
