J	Junsei Kawasaki (KaK) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竣工当時のマンションの名称は、「エルテラーサ品川」であったが、すぐに名称が「アルティス北品川」に変更され、その後現在の名称に至る。立地条件が良い。最寄り駅は京浜急行の北品川駅だが、品川駅まで意外と所要時間を要するため、徒歩で品川駅に出た方が早いことも多い。他の口コミにも書かれている通り、早朝の八ツ山橋は開かずの踏切と化すため、マンションの東側から出てアンダーパスを通る方が早い。踏切がマンションに近いため、防音されていても早朝深夜までそれなりに音が聞こえる。 The name of the condominium at the time of completion was "El Terrasa Shinagawa", but soon the name was changed to "Artis Kitashinagawa", and then the current name was reached. As written in other reviews, the Yatsuyama Bridge in the early morning turns into a crossing that does not open, so it is faster to go out from the east side of the condominium and go through the underpass. Since the railroad crossing is close to the apartment, you can hear the sound as it is until early morning and midnight even if it is soundproofed.
