★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店客多く予約が一杯で、急な用事の人は困惑するかもしれない。但し、事情を汲み取って、臨機応変の対応をして頂けたのは有り難かったです。スタッフの皆さんは優しく、説明も分かりやすく、とても良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段使ってるdocomoショップが人でいっぱいだったので、こちらで購入しました。まず態度が悪い
客を客と思ってない
客を年齢で見て若ければ雑な対応、歳がいってればある程度は親切。それがここの店舗です。
ここで買った携帯が1週間経たずに不調。どう考えても初期不良なのに返品も交換もできません。それがdocomoのルールです。と言われました
(docomoのルール上買って10日以内は返品交換の対象内です。)
店側は初期不良なのに修理に出せの一点張り、もし修理に出してかえってきて直ってなくても返品交換の期限がすぎてるからその時は返品も交換もできません。
潰れてる携帯を売りつけ、返品も交換もしないけど、金だけは払え。それがdocomoの方針らしいです。
この店では買わない方がいいです。

Even though the store is initially defective, it can be sent for repair, and even if it is not repaired after being sent for repair, the deadline for returns and exchanges has passed, so at that time neither returns nor exchanges are possible.
Sell your crushed cell phone and don't return or exchange it, but pay only for the money. That seems to be docomo's policy.
You shouldn't buy it at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. The staff was unwilling to help and activate my sim card even though they could be see I'm a tourist. The staff connected me to a lady on the phone who tried her best to get me help as she could speak English. But on ground staff was very ignorant and remained unwilling to help. Never go to this place again, very unlike Japanese people who are always willing to help even if they can't understand English.
