ジャンボ焼鳥 鳥二郎 白梅町店

ほんと、お安くっていいのですが、 喫煙者が多くて、私はとっとと 去り発ちました。 残念です? 早い時間から空いていたので、鳥二郎さんでしたが今度は、『鳥貴族さん』に行って見ま〜す。

鳥貴族がまだ空いてなかったのでこちらへ。 混んでもいないのになかなか注文したものがこなかったです。 メニュー表がベトベトしてたのはあかんですね。 もう少しキレイなにしておしいです。 食事は美味しかったですよ。

対応最悪。頼んでない品ばっなり持ってくるし頼んだ品は全く届かず。しまいには品ばっかり来て飲み物こない。味もイマイチ。品運んでやってるんだから黙って食えってオーラが出てる。後、体に当たっても「すいません」とかもなく、「は？」って感じの態度。ここ来るぐらいなら河原町の方がマシかな。というか鳥貴族の方がまだ味も対応もいい！

現在研修の男店員の態度が終わってる。声小さい、無表情、飲食物扱い雑、お釣渡し雑、全てが接客業に向いていない。人件費削減の為なのか、この日二人で店回してるっぽいが、一人が調理中の為、研修中の身であの態度を見れていないオペレーションが問題。下の鳥貴族にすれば良かったと大後悔。味は普通。でも店員の気分が悪いから料理残して店を出た。

今は16時開店が売りかな。焼き鳥はパサパサ肉のオンパレード。ナンコツの唐揚げが不味いとか終わってる。飲みに来て初めてお残ししました

Good priced food, and a good selection of drinks. Only gripes are quality of service (slow sometimes) and ventilation (it gets smoky).

Good place to order plates for sharing. Very cheap prices and plenty of tables. The menu has English and lots of pictures so you know what to expect. There is a small dessert menu. The service was friendly, but the food was slow to arrive.

This place was fantastic! I asked some cool looking guys on the street where they recommended we drink for the night. After sorting out with them that we had just eaten, and were only looking to drink they kindly walked us to this place(everyone we met in Kyoto was so nice and helpful). Not only that they made sure it was ok that we were just drinking with the staff(our cumulative Japanese as a group leaves something to be desired). We stayed for a long time and found the staff and locals we met there lovely. We stayed so long in fact we wound up ordering food anyways haha. The cheesy mochi were awesome, I can't exactly remember what other food was ordered(we were drinking a lot in my defense), but I know everything was delicious. I was curious about the dice game they had there, (it was 230ish yen per person, per roll), but I couldn't exactly make sense of the menu explanation. The staff member I asked about it, got me to understand it, and the remaining 5 members of our group all tried a single roll(we lost 3 of our group to tiredness over the time we were there). Only 1 of the 5 of us lost(got nothing, this is the result of rolling the total of 2 die a single time, if that total appears in the red portion of the dice game menu page), only 1 of our group won a regular sized highball(the result of rolling the numbers in the yellowish/orange section total of a single die roll), and the other 3 players in our group won huge highballs(the result of rolling the numbers listed in the green section). Needless to say lots of fun and definitely worth the risk/yen. I just regret not having the courage to enquire about it before the other members of our group headed home. They would have loved it. Wonderful experience, great food, friendly locals and staff! We had a random local come up to our table at the end of the night to ask for a picture with us!
