平	平野薫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 決して大きくはありませんが、喜多方で一番好きな酒蔵です。今回購入した、「明日の日本を語る酒」ネーミングがよいです。　純米吟醸でありながら香り高く濃厚です。特別純米無濾過生原酒「星自慢」ガツンと来る濃厚な口当たりとキレキレののどごしで体にすーっと染み渡ります。馬刺しや刺身に合いそうです。喜多方市内でしか購入できない、まさに地酒です。 Although it is not big at all, it is the most favorite brewery in Kitakata.
