購入したのは、純米無ろ過生原酒の夢心と純米吟醸の夢心。生原酒は、酸味と甘味がマッチした辛口。ちょっと舌に発泡を感じる旨口です。純米吟醸は、柔らかな舌触りで喉越しスッ！ あっさり呑める逸品でした。

とても、フレッシュです。
蓋が勢いよく飛び出すのが、生酒特有です。
グラスに注いで一口飲んだ瞬間に、発泡性と、優しい酸味と、ほのかな甘みと、喜多方が育んだふくよかな、愛情を感じられることでしょう。
山あいの盆地で育まれたお酒ですので、個人的には海の幸の肴よりかは、山菜、地鶏、馬刺しのお供との相性が良いのではと思います。
この冬の季節にしか堪能ができない「おりがらみ」がとても愛おしく感じます。
本当に作り手の皆様には感謝の言葉しかございません。
