★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタジオマリオで撮影中、車に大きく傷をつけられたのですが、困って駐車場に近いキタムラのスタッフの方に相談しようとしたら、もうはなから知らないし関係ないと鼻であしらわれました。
結局泣き寝入りしましたが、もうほんの少しでも親身になって話を聞いてくれていたら、他のスタッフに何か知っている人はいないか形だけでも聞いてくれていたら、そのあとの気分が全く違ったものになっていたと思います。

カウンターには常連さんでしょうか？おじ様達が数名…ハイレベルな写真を撮るのでしょう、店員さんと写真について色々と話していらっしゃいました。そのやりとりがチラチラ耳?に入り、アットホームな雰囲気がイイ感じでした。
私の用件は頼んでおいた写真の受け取り、でした。他店で時々味わっていた「冷たい対応のキタムラさん」が一蹴され「温かなキタムラ韮崎店さん」。これから韮崎店に通うことにしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内のPCで注文をしました。店員さんが丁寧に教えてくれて注文ができ、ネット注文価格で対応してくれました。店内Wi-Fiを繋ぎたかったのですが、うまくできませんでした。
