★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブルーレイを買いに行きました。家電はいつもノジマさんで買います。正月で値段が下がったらポイントで返してくれると約束をして貰いました。保証期間なら何度も家に来て直して貰っています。

家から近い事もあり、ノジマさんに行きました
冷蔵庫売り場で物色していると、すぐに店員さんが声をかけて来たので購入を決めました。
ノジマさんの良い所は配送納品する人も
とても親切な所です。
ヤマダで購入して配送納品する人の態度が
とても悪かった経験が有るので、持ち帰り商品以外はヤマダでは買いたくないので、出来るだけノジマさんで買うようにしてます。

質問に対する回答も的確なので、店員さん勉強してるなと感じます。知らない事はちゃんと調べた上で回答してくれるのも好感持てます。
価格も頑張ってくれるので他店舗と相見積取ってもトータルで考えて殆どの場合ここでお買い物してしまいます。
Shopping will be fun because you will always be kind and polite.

おすすめを聞いたら、この中から客に一番合う品物を紹介することが仕事だから、と言って、丁寧に私達の話を聞いて、おすすめを選んでくれました。
すぐに欲しくなり、まったくの予定外でしたが、予算を工面して購入することに（笑）
人見知りなもので、接客店は苦手なのですが、とても楽しく、買い物させてもらいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実店舗の家電量販店はヤ○ダやコ○マを利用してましたが、一昨年2020年にドライヤーが壊れてしまい、こちらで購入した際の店員さんの対応がとても良かったので、壊れかけていたテレビとDVDレコーダーを昨年2021年にこちらで購入しました。以前に対応してくれた店員さんとは違うかたでしたが、とても親切丁寧で値引きもポイントもできる限り対応してくれました。配達設置のかたも対応良かったです。メーカーに偏る事なく色々なメーカーをお勧めしてくれるところも良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スマートホンの操作やメンテナンスの説明や対応がとても親切で誠実にしてくれました。高齢者なので助かります。近くなので店頭に行くことが多いですが安心して行けます。ちなみに携帯が故障してこまった時にドコモ甲府支社に行った時は社員の知識も乏しくつき放つような対応で落胆したところでしたが、ノジマの牛山さんという担任の方がとても誠実に親切で孫の写真データも復旧したりいろいろしていただき機種はauになりましたが今は快適に使わさせていただいています。
