I was not familiar with the car and of course I did not know the tires, so I taught me kindly and politely until I could understand and had a good feeling. I was convinced and purchased it. When I saw the name tag, it was the manager. I will go in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他整備工場でショックアブソーバーを交換後、アライメントが取れてなくて急遽入庫＆相談にも関わらず、対応タイヤの即取り寄せ交換＆アライメント作業を行ってくださり、大助かり。
対応も丁寧＆わかりやすくて、本当に安心できました。
ほとんどネット購入ばかりしていた中、こうした対応や説明をしていただけるからこその価格というのがあるのだなぁと、店舗購入の良さを感じさせてくれたお店。
After exchanging the shock absorber at another maintenance shop, it was a great help for me to immediately order the corresponding tires and perform the alignment work despite the sudden warehousing & consultation because the alignment could not be taken.
The correspondence was polite and easy to understand, and I was really relieved.
While I was mostly buying online, the store made me feel the goodness of buying a store, saying that there is a price because I can provide such support and explanations.
