K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 携帯の契約の件で相談しましたが、相談している内容とは筋違いの事でこちらが悪いような言い方をされました。こちらが解決したい内容が無理そうなら大丈夫ですと言っているのに、何とかなるかもしれないと引き留めて、業者と話した途端こちらが悪いかのように責める口調。(YouTubeを月に2GB分も観るのは使いすぎという内容) そもそも使いすぎかどうかは今回の相談とは関係がないし、それにどこまでが使いすぎなんて個人の解釈で変わりませんか？使いすぎと言われた事に対して腹が立ち、動画は消費が早いですよと主張したのが鼻についたのかクレーマーに対応するような冷たい態度に変わり、非常に不快な結果に終わりました。法律上など色々あるんでしょうから相談が解決しなくても諦めるつもりだったのに、失礼な言い方をされたのは気分が悪かったです。業者にも酷い言い方をされたのですが、あの人はそんな人ではないとの事。普段から仲良くしているからか、ここも不快でした。 I consulted about a mobile phone contract, but I was told that this was bad because it was different from what I was consulting.
