★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社の健康診断で心電図にかなりの異常が見つかり受診しました。
ホルター心電図検査などを行い一先ず重大な病は無いと診断を受けました。
医師や他医療従事者の方に悪い方はいない様に思いました。良く感じた訳でもありませんが。
不満なのは待ち時間が非常に長かったことです。診察も院内処方の薬もかなり待たされました。

I thought that there was not a bad person for doctors and other medical staff. I do not feel it well though.

当日、11時35分～45分の予約を入れその時間に必ずお越しください、と言われたにも関わらず、結局診察された時間は15時過ぎ。
医者の方や職員の方も休憩が取れないのはわかりますが、予約の意味が全くありません。
これなら、予約制度をやめ来た順から順次診てもらう方がいいのでは？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外来ですが月に一度母が御世話になっています。
個人情報保護の観点からか受付番号で呼んでくださいます。お年寄りが多いので名前でしか慣れてないのか、番号だけだと少しもたついてる感じが。。○番○○さんでいいかと。
建て増ししたところみたいで、今年の５月に行ったとき胡蝶蘭が並んでいました！綺麗な病院で待ち時間中もテンションも下がらないしヤマザキショップのコンビニが入り口横にあり、二階に食堂がありWi-Fiも接続できるのでいい感じ。
先日は初診でインフルエンザの予防注射をしていただきました。
初診の為必要事項を記入し、続いてインフルエンザの問診票を記入。9:40頃に受付後、10時過ぎに医師の問診を受けました。お年寄りが相手だからか少々タメ口っぽいY先生も味があってよい感じ。(笑)
その後少し待ってから処置室？に入り注射してもらいました。ベテランの方だと思いますがすごくスムーズで注射差すときも痛くなく親切に対応してくださいました。値段は4000円です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 変な先生が多く心臓の事しか解らなくて違う病気が見つかるとすぐ大きな病院に移動させられます。体力も減りストレスも溜まります。
変な先生とは小針先生かな？循環器病院から救急車で行けば群馬大学病院よりも新しい日赤前橋の方が距離が近いと言われました。何故群馬大学病院よりも近いのか？意味が分かりません。漫画の世界です。救急車の中に日赤に行く何処でもドアでもあるんですか？ねっ、道を聞くとまぁまぁとはぐらかせられました。日赤に行くのに時間はかかりますし、交通費も馬鹿に成りません。多く助かる命も循環器病院では駄目です。循環器病院という死神に日赤でうちの親は、亡くなりました。
何故循環器病院がいい病院なのか？分かり兼ねます。失敗した患者は、次がない事を理解しなく患者の事は、一切考えてない感じです。こんな病院が有ること自体この世の中の恥です。早く北関東循環器病院が潰れてくれるのを切に願っています。この病院を良いと思い通ってる方はたまたま運良く助けて頂いた方しか居ないと思います。星なんて、無くてもいいと思います。手遅れに成らないうちに新たな病院に転院した方がいいと思います。

治療途中で追い出されました。
案の定直ぐに様態が悪くなり、違う病院へ救急搬送になりました。
その際、救急搬送を断られたようです。
まあ、途中で追い出されてあとは、知らん❗死ねって事でしょうけどね?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 病院の循環器という性質上、転院や亡くなる人も多いので評価が辛口になってますね。
このご時世、入院セットは基本ですし、入院時から退院後の生活のことを視野に入れるので、家族関係などの聞き取りも当然です。
複数の科を経験してますが、整形の医師はホントに平気で遅れてきて挨拶もなし、患者の方を向くことなくPCを打ちながら問診し、はい終了なんてのがいました。
直接対応してくれるスタッフは丁寧な人が多めだとは思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約30年前から こちらで診て貰っています。主治医は私にとても合う先生です。もし 合わない先生が主治医になってしまったら 事務の人か看護師さんに相談してみて下さい。私は相談して今の先生にして貰いました。大きな病院なので 検査機器も揃っています。入院施設もあるので 緊急時にも安心です。私は体調崩し受診して 即入院した事が有ります。早く対処して貰ったので 早く治りました。有りがたかったです。
【追記】私が入院中 高齢の母が病院に来てくれた時、帰りに外来で急に母が体調を崩し吐いてしまったらしく、病院の方々が直ぐに対処してくれたと、後から知りました。母は診察券も持っていなかったので、病院側としては 急な事で大変だったと思います。急きょ受診し処置室で点滴を打ってもらい良くなって帰る事ができたそうです。病院だったら 当たり前の事かも知れませんが、本当に助かりました。こう言う事があると、予約の方々に迷惑かかるんだなと、大変申し訳なく思いました。
