★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 群馬県は埴輪の発掘数がN o１と聞いていますが、ここにある埴輪や、土師器の質と数は素晴らしい。
上越新幹線、北陸新幹線、関越高速などの工事で発掘された物や、古墳から出土された埋葬品を整理して展示してあります。
Although Gumma prefecture has heard that the number of haniwa excavations is N o1, the quality and number of the clay rings and the earthmen's equipment here are wonderful.
Exhibited things excavated by construction such as Joetsu Shinkansen, Hokuriku Shinkansen, Kanetsu High Speed, and buried items excavated from the ancient tomb are organized and displayed.

210円でキッドを購入し、作業机と道具を借りて作ります。
これ、子供よりもお父さんの方がが本気になってしまいます。頑張って磨くと惚れ惚れするような美しい勾玉になります。楽しいですよ。
仕上がりにこだわると2時間くらいは掛かりますね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 館内にあるのですが、月曜日から金曜日まで入れる収蔵展示室という所へ行きました(土曜日は休館日、日曜は入れない)。棚や引き出し部分に県内で出土した土器や石器などがたくさん並べられていて見応えがあります。
人が少なくてゆっくり見られるのと、各々の展示物に対してどこの遺跡から出土したかとか土器の型式などが記載されたファイルが設置してあり、自由に見られるのがとてもいいと思います。
It was in the hall, but we went to a place called a collection exhibition room that we can hold from Monday to Friday (Saturday is closed, Sunday is not). A lot of earthenware and stone ware which were excavated in the prefecture are arranged in a shelf and a drawer part, and it is impressive.

特に“甲（よろい）を着た古墳人”は一見の価値あり。
隣の部屋に置かれた、いろいろな場所から出土した品々が所狭しと棚に展示されている。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見学無料です。金井東裏遺跡、3号人骨(首飾り人骨)レプリカの展示が初めて公開されました。その他縄文、弥生土器や埴輪の収蔵品展示も魅力的でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国内有数の貴重な埴輪や土器を見ることができます(平日限定)。
常設展示では、渋川市金井東裏遺跡から出土した武人の挂甲や遺骨が発見当初の姿と、発掘後の姿の二通りのレプリカで展示されています。また、同遺跡の剥ぎ取り地層断面により、榛名山二ツ岳噴火による火山灰の堆積がよくわかります。
さらに、神保下條古墳(上信越道上り線・甘楽パーキングエリア内)で出土した埴輪と、古墳の復元模型が並んでいます。
群馬の歴史を知る手がかりになりそうな遺物を見ることができるので、規模は小さいながら、高崎市綿貫の群馬県立歴史博物館に次ぐ、第二の県立歴史博物館だと思います。
近くには、木曽三社神社があり、境内の湧水池は必見です。

In addition, the haniwa excavated at the Jimbo Shimojo Tumulus (inside the Kanra parking area on the Joshinetsu Expressway up line) and the restored model of the tumulus are lined up.
Since you can see relics that may be a clue to the history of Gunma, I think it is the second prefectural historical museum after the Gunma Prefectural Historical Museum in Watanuki, Takasaki City, although it is small in scale.
The Kisosansha Shrine is nearby, and the spring pond in the precincts is a must-see.
