トイレが2018年から水洗になりました。
設備は古いですが、とにかく安いし夏は子供で賑わっています。
コインロッカーは、50円玉しか受け付けない、しかも戻ってこないです。
滑り台付きの1歳ぐらいでも大丈夫な浅プール水深0.3、普通の子供用プール0.6、50メートルプールの三分割です。
保護者用の日除けテントがあり、休憩時間はみんなオヤツと水分補給です。1時間ごとに10分の強制休憩があります。
12時～12時半は休憩。午前の部、昼の部、夕方の部の三分割ですので、11時とかに来ちゃうと、30分ぐらい遊んだら追い出される(しかも昼の部に入るならもう一度お金払う)システムです。
朝一か、12時半からか、来る時間は要注意です。
オムツ外れてない子は、水遊び用オムツを水着の中に着用で入って良いです。
浮き輪は持ち込んでいいですが、70cmまでの制限です。
大人もプール入るなら水泳帽必要な決まりです。プール入らないなら無料。
7月第1土曜日～8月最終日曜日までの営業なようです。6月に北上市のホームページやお知らせに載ります

The facilities are old, but they are cheap and crowded with children in the summer.
The coin locker only accepts 50-yen coins and never returns.
It is divided into three parts: a shallow pool with a slide that can be used by about 1 year old, a shallow pool with a depth of 0.3, a normal children's pool with 0.6, and a 50-meter pool.
There is a awning tent for parents, and all breaks are hydration with guys. There is a 10-minute forced break every hour.
Break from 12:00 to 12:30. It is divided into three parts: morning part, noon part, and evening part, so if you come at 11 o'clock, you will be kicked out after playing for about 30 minutes (and if you enter the day part, you will pay again).
Be careful when you come in the morning or from 12:30.
If the child does not come off the diaper, you can wear a swim diaper in your swimsuit.
Floating rings can be brought in, but the limit is 70 cm.
It is a rule that adults also need a swimming cap if they enter the pool. Free if you don't enter the pool.
It seems to be open from the first Saturday of July to the last Sunday of August. It will appear on the Kitakami City website and announcements in June.
