★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応があまりにも酷い。連絡がほしいと伝えても、担当者は平気で折り返さない。そして、意味の分からない説明を繰り返す。進行状況もこっちから連絡しなければ伝えない。20年以上損保に加入しているが、解約を考える。
 Correspondence is too terrible. Even if I tell them that I want to be contacted, the person in charge will not return. Then, the explanation that does not make sense is repeated. I will not tell you the progress unless I contact you. I have been a non-life insurance company for over 20 years, but I am thinking of canceling it.
