★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 風呂がとても良い。夕方の子供のお迎え渋滞がひどい、子供優先で一般会員がないがしろにされてる気すらしてしまう。店員さんの対応はまちまち。

しかし、受付の方の対応が悪いと思います。
特定の人ですが、高圧的で、挨拶もろくにしません。ほとんどの方は素晴らしい接客をしてくれますが、その方は名前も出したいくらい態度が悪いと思います。
こちらが質問しているときにも、作業の手を止めずに答えます。目を見て対応しない接客があるでしょうか。信じられません。

When we are asking a question, we will answer it without stopping. Is there any customer service that does not respond to the eyes? can not believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コーチは皆教え方が上手だと思います。あっという間に上達して、自信になっているようで大変感謝しています。が、たまに見学していると、一度に参加する子供が多すぎて、目が行き届いていないなーと思うこともあり、正直怖くなることも何度かありました。
小学生以上はスクールバスで通えます。以前はフロントの方も皆優しく、話しやすかったのですが…少し前からいらっしゃる方で、とてもフロント向きとは言えない態度の方がいます。話し方が高圧的で、さらに友人かと思うような話し方をされるので、不快に思う利用者は少なくないと思います。残念ながら、保護者の間でも話に出るくらいです。せっかく良い施設なのですから、フロントに立たせる人間は少し検討された方が良いと思います。
I think all coaches are good at teaching. I am very grateful that I have improved in a blink of an eye and seem to be confident. However, when I visited the site once in a while, I sometimes thought that there were too many children participating at one time and I wasn't careful, so I was honestly scared several times.
Elementary school students and above can go by school bus. In the past, everyone at the front desk was kind and easy to talk to, but there are people who have been here for a while and have an attitude that is not very suitable for the front desk. I think that there are many users who feel uncomfortable because the way they speak is overwhelming and they speak as if they were friends. Unfortunately, even parents talk about it. It's a good facility, so I think it's better to consider a few people who can stand at the front desk.
