ギョウザには、黒酢に目の覚める辛いラー油のタレが一緒に付いてきます。
ギョウザ自体はジューシーでクセもなく万人受けする味です。
油淋鶏麺は良く混ぜて食べます。
これも美味しいですが、油淋鶏単品で頼んでビールの方が良いかもしれません。
一人では多くの品数を頼めないのが残念。
定食のセットメニューはランチ以外でも注文出来ますが、ランチ以外の時間はドリンクが付かない。
２階は団体の宴会も出来る様で、地元の方が利用してる感じです。
 I am concerned with ingredients and seasonings.
Gyoza comes with black vinegar and a hot spicy oil sauce.
Gyoza itself is juicy and has a taste that everyone can enjoy without habit.
Oil noodles are mixed well and eaten.
This is also delicious, but beer may be better if you order it alone.
It's a shame that you can't rely on many items by yourself.
Set menus for set meals can be ordered outside of lunch, but drinks are not served during non-lunch hours.
The second floor seems to be able to hold a group banquet, and it feels like local people are using it.

店内は広く愛想の良いお母さんとご主人と二人で営業されてます。
味もよく値段も手頃です。
海上自衛隊や海上保安庁の人もよく来るそうですよ。

The inside of the store is widely open with a friendly mother and her husband.
It tastes good and is reasonably priced.
People from the Maritime Self-Defense Force and the Japan Coast Guard often come.

850円で量もあり、食後のドリンク付きでした。
麻婆豆腐は普通ではお子さんでも食べれる辛さです。お願いしたら辛さは変更可能です。
ラーメンは普通に美味しいです。
オススメは担々麺みたいなので、次回は担々麺を食べてみたいです。

麻婆豆腐良し！
ラーメンのスープの仕上がりバランスが悪く、麺が少し延びてました。
全体的には素晴らしい！

坦々麺880円+大盛り110円=990円
もの凄く久しぶり。たぶん25年ぶりぐらい?に入店。
お店の入り口の横に食品サンプルのメニューがあり、坦々麺に釘付けに。
店内は感染対策が万全。ツラい時期もあったでしょう…メニューや店内を撮ってたら到着。
変わってる。
入り口の食品サンプルも、メニューももっと赤いけど、目の前のは色が違いすぎてまるで別物。
またスープが圧倒的に少ない。かき混ぜても麺がスープに浸からない。かと言って汁無しではない。
気を取り直して一口…まぁ普通。
麺は軽いウェーブのついた細麺で柔めに感じます。
スープはメニューに「ピリ辛スープにはお酢もたっぷり！ なんと言っても自家製ごまラー油の香りが決め手！！」とありますが、まず全然ピリ辛じゃない。ラー油、入れ忘れたのかって感じ。酢が効いてるせいか、あっさりしてて、坦々麺に欲しい濃厚さは皆無。
トッピングもそう豪華ではなく、お味は普通としても、これが990円はコスパ悪いな。
あまり付けない、☆２です。

Tantan noodles 880 yen + large serving 110 yen = 990 yen
It's been a long time. Probably for the first time in 25 years ?.
There is a food sample menu next to the entrance of the shop, and you can nail it to dandan noodles.
Infection control is perfect inside the store. There may have been a difficult time ... I arrived after taking a picture of the menu and the inside of the store.
It's changed.
The food sample at the entrance and the menu are redder, but the color in front of me is so different that it's totally different.
Also, the soup is overwhelmingly small. The noodles do not soak in the soup even after stirring. But it's not without soup.
Regain your mind and take a bite ... well normal.
The noodles are thin with light waves and feel soft.
The menu says "Spicy soup has plenty of vinegar! The scent of homemade sesame chili oil is the decisive factor!", But it's not spicy at all. I feel like I forgot to add chili oil. Probably because the vinegar works, it's light and there is no richness that I want for dandan noodles.
The toppings aren't so gorgeous, and even if the taste is normal, 990 yen is bad for cospa.
It's ☆ 2, which I don't attach much.
