 The station is a normal but green environment. It is a passing point to go to Saitama University.

It is an izakaya at the east exit of Kitaurawa Station. It was a retro shop in the Showa era and had a nice atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 登りはエスカレーターがあります。朝ごはんを食べようと思って、ネットで検索すると、駅前は再開発が進んでいるようで、ビルの解体のためマクドナルドが無くなっていたのが、ショックでした。西口には吉野家、松屋がありました。
Climbing has an escalator. I thought about eating breakfast and searching on the net, it seems that redevelopment is proceeding in front of the station, it was a shock that McDonald's had disappeared due to the demolition of the building. There were Yoshinoya and Matsuya in the west entrance.

It is not a station with any particular characteristics. It is one of the ordinary stations on the Keihin Tohoku Line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JRの駅の中では小さめですが京浜東北線は通常10 分程度運行なので不便ではない47 年間利用してます｡東武バスのバスダイヤ数多くて驚くほど便利
It's small in the JR station, but the Keihin Tohoku line usually runs for about 10 minutes, so it's not inconvenient. I've been using it for 47 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 各駅停車しか止まりませんが、スーパー、飲食店、カラオケなど、割となんでもあります。
駅自体は年季が入っている箇所もありますが、比較的きれいかと。
便利な駅だと思います。
Only local trains stop, but there are supermarkets, restaurants, karaoke, and so on.
The station itself has some seasons, but I wonder if it is relatively clean.
I think it's a convenient station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Systematic and very busy station. Suica recharge and ATM facilities are very useful. Trains to various lines run from here. Shinkansen ticket booking office staff are very cooperative. The signs are written in both Japanese and English. It is clean and the the crowd passes smoothly through the gates. Trains are on time.
