注文したのは瓶ビール(スーパードライ中瓶)と担々麺セット1550円です。
ふつうに美味しい感じでした。
A Chinese restaurant in Kirigaoka.
I ordered a bottle of beer (super dry medium bottle) and dandan noodle set for 1550 yen.
It was usually delicious.

回鍋肉はタレがよくある店とは明らかに違う濃厚な味付けで感動！
坦々麺も胡麻の風味が効いて美味しく、とても満足でした。また来ます！
I ordered the Twice-cooked meat set and the Tantan noodle set for the lunch set.
Twice-cooked meat is impressed by the rich seasoning that is clearly different from the ones that often have sauce!
Tantan noodles were also delicious with the flavor of sesame and I was very satisfied. I'll come back later!

本格中華で美味しいです。
麻婆豆腐は薬味が効いておりとても香り豊かで美味しいです。辛さも丁度良いです。辛いの苦手な人でも美味しく食べれると思います。
ランチは全部で4種類（全定食ご飯おかわり自由）
①麻婆豆腐
②担々麺
③回鍋肉
④日替わり定食
友達2人が食べてた回鍋肉がめちゃ美味そうでした。豚バラが大きくて、キャベツがシャキシャキで。。。
次は絶対回鍋肉。

Authentic Chinese and delicious.
Mapo tofu has a good condiment and is very fragrant and delicious. The spiciness is just right. I think that even people who are not good at spicy food can eat it deliciously.
There are 4 types of lunch (all set meals, free refills)
① Mapo tofu
② Dandan noodles
③ Twice-cooked meat
④ Daily set meal
The twice-cooked meat that my two friends ate looked really good. The pork roses are big and the cabbage is crispy. .. ..
Next is Absolute Twice-cooked Meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環状4号線沿いに面していて、周囲にはフランチャイズのレストランや、大手スーパーなどがあるため、チェーンやフランチャイズのお店と勘違いされている方も多いかもしれませんが、いえいえ、シェフが一皿ずつ、丁寧に仕事をされた本物の中国料理をいただけます。
火加減、味、香り、温度、食感、スピード、清潔感、いずれも妥協のないお仕事。またお邪魔したいお店です。
回鍋肉の豚肉のボリュームと味付けは、他の方のご評価同様、クセになりますし、月替りというランチメニューは、具だくさんですが、飽きない味付けで最後までぺろりといただけました。
駐車場も停めやすいです。
Facing along Circular Route 4, there are franchise restaurants and major supermarkets around, so many people may be mistaken for a chain or franchise shop, but no, the chef is one. Each plate serves authentic Chinese cuisine that has been carefully worked.
Work without compromise in terms of heat, taste, aroma, temperature, texture, speed, and cleanliness. It is a shop that I would like to visit again.
The volume and seasoning of the pork in the Twice-cooked meat is as addictive as other people's evaluations, and the monthly lunch menu is full of ingredients, but I was able to enjoy it to the end with a timeless seasoning.
The parking lot is also easy to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good parking place, friendly staff & nice atmosphere.. One of the good Chinese restaurant in this area. English menu not available, also no picture menu.. So ordering would be bit difficult if you are not food at Chinese or Japanese.. Food is tasty.. Staffs helped me to choose the dishes. Over all nice experience
