山	山本功（PassBox） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 錦糸町北口駅前北斎通りにあるリーズナブルなホルモン焼肉店。入り口手前の座席が空いている時たまに一人で来店します。一人で来店した時も盛り合わせの量が適量でちょうど良く頂けます。一人焼肉は、七輪も良いですがはし蔵の様なロースタースタイルも好きです。特にホルモンは部位によっては焦げやすい側面もありますので、ちびちび飲みながら管理するには扱いやすくて良いかもしれません。サイドメニューが比較的安価なのですが、適度に食べ応えがあり満足度が高い印象です。スープに関しては大衆向けのシンプルな物ですが、味はしっかりしています。敢えて、具は少なめにしてあるのかどちらかといえば飲むスープですね。少し良い焼肉屋のコムタンスープは具が多めですが、たまにはこういうのも悪くはない。一つ難点なのが、チューハイなどの酒類のアルコールが薄すぎるのが残念です。焼肉屋では濃いめのウーロンハイがいいと思うのですがここの店は極端に薄めです。店としても、あまり薄くして従業員を行き来させるよりも、少し単価を上げてでも濃く作った方が手間が少なく結果的に利益に繋がると思うのですが、そういう方針なのだと考えるしかありません。全体を通して基本的には、良い店なので今後も気が向いたら食べに行きたいと思います。 A reasonably priced horumonyaki restaurant located on Hokusai-dori in front of Kinshicho Kitaguchi Station.
