★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しっかりとした仲介手数料(1.1ヶ月分)を取られましたが、それに見合ったサービスが受け取れたとは正直言って思えません。
様々な手続きが遅く、此方側が「まだですか」と痺れを切らして催促を入れて始めない限り、対応を始めてくれていない様子に見えました。
人手不足なのか対応してくれた方の仕事が遅いのかは分かりませんが、あまりお勧めはしません。
ネームバリューで選びましたが、もっと手数料が安いところにすれば良かったと後悔しています。
I got a solid brokerage fee (1.1 months worth), but I honestly don't think I received the service commensurate with it.
Various procedures were slow, and it seemed that they hadn't started responding unless this side started to give a reminder by saying "Is it still?"
I don't know if there is a shortage of manpower or the work of the person who responded is slow, but I do not recommend it very much.
I chose it by name value, but I regret that I should have made it a place with a lower fee.
