★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 息子がアトピーでおくだ医院さんに通っていた時、流れでこの薬局に行っていましたが、年配の男の薬剤師さんが、薬を渡す時に、いきなり「相変わらずですか！」と声をかけてきて、その無神経さに驚きました。「その言い方はないんじゃありませんか」と返すと、「じゃあ、どう言ったらいいんですか！」と逆ギレされました。また、他の職員も数名おられましたが、見てみぬフリでした。病気で長い間苦しんでいる患者と家族に、全く思いやりのない言葉にとても傷つけられました。
When my son attended a doctor's office in Atopy, I was going to this pharmacy by the flow, but when an elderly man pharmacist handed me the drug, he suddenly called out, “Is it as usual?” I was surprised at the insensitivity. When I answered, “I don't know how to say that,” I was overwhelmed. There were also several other staff members, but I wasn't sure. The patient and family who have been suffering from illness for a long time have been hurt by words that are completely uncaring.
