★ ★ ★ ★ ★ イオン内の眼科受診したので、こちらで目薬貰いました。お薬手帳がハルモは対応しておらず目薬貰うときに『今飲んでる薬を思い出していってください！』と言われ解らない感じになったらややイライラされた。他のお客さんにも同じ事聞いていて、紙タイプのお薬手帳渡していたけど、お客が困ったらお薬手帳見て対応していた。お薬手帳預かる意味ありますか？目薬貰うのにだいぶ時間もかかり、対応も悪い。
薬を思い出せないと言ったらそっちが困るのではなく、もしもに備えた注意すべき副作用とか飲み合わせとかの話に切り替えられないのですね？次かからは行きたくないです。
