★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市民病院の支払いに行ったが、期日期限切れのため直接支払いして下さいとのこと。病院に問合せると、できますとのこと。二度手間ながら、運動になったと思おう。傘を忘れたことですし。
I went to pay for the municipal hospital, but the deadline has expired, so please pay directly. If you contact the hospital, you can do it. I think it was an exercise, though it was a hassle twice. I forgot my umbrella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建築物自体がかなり老朽化しており、待合室のソファーなど、ひび割れや穴があいており、快適といった風には思えませんが、それを吹き飛ばすほど、中で働いておられる職員の方々は親切で丁寧な対応をしていただき感激いたしました。住民票と印鑑証明をとりにいっただけなのですが、わからないところを質問したところ、大変丁寧でわかりやすい説明をしていただき、大変感謝いたしております。
The building itself is quite old, with cracks and holes in the sofa in the waiting room, and it doesn't seem comfortable, but the staff working inside are kind enough to blow it away. I was deeply moved by the polite response. I just went to get my resident's card and seal certificate, but when I asked a question I didn't understand, I am very grateful for the very polite and easy-to-understand explanation.
