★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東街道(東山道)は「奥州街道」が整備される以前の陸奥国の主要な道路でした。
ところが、この道が「東街道」だという定義もなく、幾度となく経路が変わっているようです。
それが変わっていく、原因などを考えているとその時代時代を考えてしまいます。
東街道と呼ばれるようになったのは、江戸時代になってからのようです。
それ以前は「東山道」、その前は「奥大道」とよばれていたようです。
千貫―北目―笠島―塩手―箕輪―熊野堂を通り、名取川を渡って富沢に出て宮城野を経て、多賀の国府に至っていました。
時代の変遷とともに、道筋は何度も変わりました。
沿線には多くの遺跡や物語(言い伝えや伝説)が残っています。
ここからどのように宮城野に行くのかも、もうわからない。
古来より重要な道だったのだけれど、今では道標の存在もしらずにいる住人も多いことでしょうね。
 Higashi Kaido (Higashiyamado) was the main road in Mutsu country before the “Oshu Kaido” was developed.
However, there is no definition that this road is "East Highway", and it seems that the route has changed many times.
If you think about the cause of this change, you will think about the times.
It was not until the Edo period that it came to be called East Road.
Before that, it was called “Higashiyamado”, and before that was called “Okudaido”.
We passed through Senuki-Kitame-Kasajima-Shiote-Minowa-Kumano-do, crossed the Natori River to Tomizawa, passed through Miyagino, and reached Taga Kokubu.
With the changing times, the path has changed many times.
Many ruins and stories (legends and legends) remain along the railway.
I don't know how to go to Miyagi from here.
It has been an important road since ancient times, but now there are many residents who do not have signposts.
