焦げ目をあえて表にしないのは、皮が皿にひっつくからだと思われる。
メニューは酒のあてが多く、車で来ていたので、バリソバと焼き餃子を頼んだ。
駐車場はコインパーキング、カウンター10席くらい、店主は愛想よくお客さん同士も仲がいい。
スープ餃子やニラ玉も次回食べてみたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餃子１つ1つは小ぶりだが、ちゃんと焼かれてカリッとした餃子10個で470円。ピータンは今まで食べた中で1番クリーミー。ウニみたいなクリーミーさ。
店主は挨拶とか元気よくて好感持てる。2軒目だからあまり食べられなかったけれど、今度他にも色々食べたい。
夜のみの営業みたいだが、ランチとかやったらもっと人気出ると思う。
Each dumpling is small, but 10 dumplings that are properly baked and crispy cost 470 yen. The century egg is the most creamy I have ever eaten. Creamy like a sea urchin.
The shop owner is cheerful and has a good impression. I couldn't eat much because it was the second one, but I want to eat more next time.
It seems to be open only at night, but I think it will become more popular if you do lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really affordable Chinese food. The place was empty when we went in, so the service was quick! Owner is friendly and talkative, and explained to us how he makes the fascinating “century egg”, pictured, essentially a rotten egg which surprisingly tasted pretty good. I’ve always wanted to try one of these and was very pleased to find it! Aside from that we had boiled and fried gyoza, barisoba and some beers. All were very reasonably priced And decent quality. Good stuff, would like to come again!
