I tried to argue to get a medical assistance because I've been struggling to feed myself with a broken filling in one of my tooth. But when the front desk person tried to explain my case to the doctor Minoura,he said out loud that he won't do anything without insurance health. I felt so disrespected. They also have no manners as expected in Japanese establishments. One of few medical clinics in Japan that made me feel uncomfortable. I won't comeback there anymore.

His explanations are thorough and easy to understand. His clinic is clean and modern and most importantly, no pain!! He’s the best dentists I’ve ever encountered. Better to book but he can be flexible if there is an emergency. Definitely go see him if you are in pain!!

He is very thorough in his explanations on my options. While he can seem a bit distant or uncaring, he most definitely isn't. He is just not a smiley kind of guy. I highly recommend Dr Minoura.
