★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15～20年前の杵屋は手打ちうどん店の浮沈空母的な存在でした。とにかくまた行きたくなるお店、価格はやや高めだとしても麺がとっても美味しかったから。
一年以内に家族と行きましたが価格が４割ほど下がっており、麺の質が激悪に。私はもう行くことはないと思います。しかしお店には沢山の年配客が満席状態でしたので、ニーズはあるのでは？と思うより他に考えようがありませんでした。
 15 to 20 years ago, Kibiya was like an up-and-down aircraft carrier of a hand-made udon shop. Anyway, the shop I want to go again, the noodles were very delicious even though the price was a little higher.
I went with my family within a year, but the price has dropped by about 40%, and the quality of the noodles is very bad. I don't think I'll go anymore. However, there are many elderly customers in the store, so there may be needs. I couldn't think of anything else than I thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私の感想ですが、以前はうどん店なのに蕎麦ばかり注文していました☝️今回も懲りずに天そば定食を注文して、更にざる蕎麦二人前(蕎麦合計３人前)注文☝️嫌がる仕草もせずに対応して頂いた店員さんに感謝☺️
My impression was that it was a udon shop, but I ordered only soba noodles ☝️ This time, I ordered a soba noodle set without discipline, and I ordered two more soba noodles (a total of 3 soba noodles) ☝️ Thanks to the clerk who responded ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はあまりうどんが好きではないので、いつも蕎麦を頂いています?今回は定食のうどんをざる蕎麦に代えて頂いて大盛りに…?届いた蕎麦は予め湯がいたものをもう一度湯通ししたような感じで、美味しくなかったです。ホールのお姉さんは親切でした。
