★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電力会社へ電話は不要です。と書類に記載があったのでガスと水道だけ自分で契約したら、後日電力会社から未契約なので数日後に電気の供給を止めますという旨の書類が届いて急いで自分で契約・・・。それなら電気の契約もやってと言ってほしかった。
追記:後日の電話対応は良かった

部屋の備品修理も積和管理で行うので、
不動産屋との接点がほぼゼロになります。
先日、用事があって伺ったのですが、
以前の不動産屋に比べると、狭くて人手が少ない感じです。。
対応は親切です！

私が女性だからか、終始完全に下に見られているような対応でした。
実際にここしか取り扱っていないという物件を見ましたが、明らかに業者のハウスクリーニング入れていません。
（知人に内装詳しい人間がいたので、写真等見せたところこれはあり得ないとのことでした。）
築浅なのにも関わらず、あまりにも汚い＆前の入居者の生活臭があったので不安に思い、「どこのクリーニング業者が入っているか詳細を教えてほしい」とお願いしましたが
そんなこと言う人とは契約できませんと。。
クリーニング業者がきちんとクリーニングをした証明はできないと言っているようなものですよね。
自分達の非を認めない対応には冷めました。
この会社とやり取りをして、数々の非常識な言動や会社の考え方を知り、無駄な時間だったと後悔しています。
家を借りるときは信頼がおけて好感の持てる相手に頼みたいと心底思えました。
