★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3週間ほど滞在したことがあります。アットホームな雰囲気でとてもリラックスできた。今でもたまに遊びに行きたいぐらい！
I have been there for about 3 weeks. I felt at home and was very relaxed. I still want to go out sometimes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し丘の上にありますが、窓全開でも騒音がなくとても静かな環境でした。
お風呂やキッチン、トイレの設備も最新な感じがよかったです。
玄関ドアがbluetoothで開閉でき、加えてオートロックなのでとても安心です。
Although it is a little on a hill, it was a very quiet environment with no noise even when the windows were fully opened.
The facilities of the bath, kitchen, and toilet were also up-to-date.
The entrance door can be opened and closed with bluetooth, and it is also auto-locking, so it is very safe.

家の中はとても綺麗でリフォームし終わったばかりのような感じでした。
お風呂が広くてモデルルームにあるような感じです。
トイレもドア入ると自動で開いたり、出るときも自動で水が流れ洗剤の泡も出てきてビックリでした。
キッチンも特注とのことで一般のキッチンより少し高めですが、調理をする男性にはちょうどいい高さなのかなと思います。
入居者の方々にもお会いしましたが、トラブルもなく平穏そうな印象でした。
こちらのシェアハウスは男女兼用ですが、女性でも安心して入居ができるなと思いました。
女性専用シェアハウスに住んでいたこともありますが、女性だけよりも男性が居たほうが秩序が保たりする側面もあるそうです。
入居者間で一緒に食事することはないそうで、むしろ距離感が近すぎるのが苦手な私にはちょうどいいな思いました。
場所はコンビニも近くて便利で、周りは住宅街で窓を開けても車の音は全然聞こえないくらい静かです。
鶴見駅の西側に位置しているので坂道はありますが、地震のときとかを考えると安心して暮らせるのかなと。
あと鶴見駅まで歩くと距離ありますが自転車で10分かからないくらいなのでこの賃料ならお手頃かなと思います。
鶴見周辺のほかのシェアハウスも内見しましたがここが一番よかったです。
Stayed here six months ago.
The inside of the house was very beautiful and it was just like renovation.
The bath is large and it feels like a model room.
The toilet opened automatically when I entered the door, and when I went out, water flowed automatically and bubbles of detergent came out and I was surprised.
The kitchen is custom made and slightly higher than the general kitchen, but I think it's just the right height for cooking men.
I met the residents, but it seemed to be peaceful without any trouble.
This share house is unisex, but I thought that women could move in with peace of mind.
I once lived in a women-only share house, but it seems that there are aspects that maintain order when men are present than women alone.
It seems that the residents do not eat together, so I thought it was just right for me who is not good at being too close.
The location is convenient, near a convenience store, and the surrounding area is quiet so that you can not hear any car sounds even if you open the window in a residential area.
Because it is located on the west side of Tsurumi Station, there is a slope, but I wonder if I can live with peace of mind when considering an earthquake.
There is a distance to walk to Tsurumi Station, but it takes less than 10 minutes by bicycle, so I think this rent is reasonable.
I also saw other share houses around Tsurumi, but this was the best.
