ネルドリップで丁寧に入れたコーヒーは まろやかで飲みやすいコーヒーでした。
量も多く、満足の¥300です。
スペシャルブレンド44のお豆も購入。こちらも楽しみです。

珈琲豆も購入可能で、既に焙煎済みのものと生豆を選べるので、こだわる人もそうでない人も楽しめます！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 所沢の色んなカフェを回ってみましたが、ここのコーヒーは非常に飲みやすかったです。苦味がそんなに強くなく、非常にまろやかで飽きない味わいです。また来たいと思います。

マスターがハンドピックで厳選した豆だけを焙煎したコーヒーは、雑味がなくクリアで深みのある味です。キエイドーブレンドが一番のスタンダードですが、個人的にはマンデリンや目覚ましブレンドもおすすめです。
農学博士だったマスターは語らせたら右に出るものはいないほどコーヒーに詳しく、ビジネスマンとしても優秀だったようで、今も以前の職場から戻ってこないかとオファーを受けるとかなんとか。。私の夫はキエイドーではコーヒーだけでなくビジネスや経営の話ができて楽しいと言っていました。私はガーデニングが趣味なので、花や野菜の育て方についていろいろとアドバイスをもらっています。
スイーツもたまに売り切れが出てしまうほどで、コーヒーにあう味をパティシエと相談して作ってもらっているそうです。実はここのお店がきっかけで夫と出会い結婚したのですが、引き出物にキエイドーのクッキーを渡したら大変好評でした。カフェインレスコーヒーもあるので妊婦さんでも安心してコーヒーを楽しむことが可能です。
本当においしいコーヒーに出会った事がない人に、ぜひおすすめしたいお店です。

The sweets are sometimes sold out, and it seems that they consult with a pastry chef to make a taste that goes well with coffee. Actually, I met my husband and got married at this shop, but when I gave him a gift of Kieido cookies, it was very popular. There is also decaffeinated coffee, so even pregnant women can enjoy coffee with peace of mind.
This is a restaurant that I would definitely recommend to anyone who has never met a really delicious coffee.

その分、出てくるまでは物凄く時間がかかります。一組待ってたら、10分以上待つこと必須。
まぁコーヒーは美味しいのだが、その時間待つ価値があるかは人次第でしょう。
スイーツを頼んだが、興を削がれる出し方だったのも大きなマイナスポイント

Despite it is pretty small (a counter and a small table for two), it somehow makes you feel comfortable and relaxed (smooth jazz playing here helps with that too). There is one type of coffee blend to drink at the place (it is original Kiedo blend), and the brew method is nel drip, but there is a couple of coffee based drinks in the menu and several types of speciality coffee beans to buy. I enjoyed the place.
