突発的な引っ越しで予算も時間も無く困り果てていたところ、本当に親身になって夜遅くまで物件を探してくださり翌朝も早くから対応してくださいました。
駐車場無しの物件なのに
他の方のコメントにもあるように、隣接した駐車場を探してくださり空きの確認までしてくださいました。
大家さんへの連絡や確認も迅速に対応していただき
感謝しかありません。
 I have a lot of experience in moving, but this is the first time I have been consulted so far. It was a friendly, cheerful and experienced female store manager.
When I was in trouble because I had no budget or time due to a sudden move, I became really friendly and searched for a property until late at night, and responded early the next morning.
Even though it is a property without a parking lot
As other people commented, they searched for an adjacent parking lot and even checked the availability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約もせずに急に伺ったにも関わらず、店長さんが丁寧に対応してくださいました。その後も何度か足を運び、お手間をかけてしまいましたが、こちらの状況を鑑みた上での物件を紹介していただき、良い物件に巡り会えました。土地勘もなく不安な中の物件探しでしたが、親切な対応に本当に感謝しております。
余談ですがお店では、他の従業員のお客様対応で、店長の従業員を気遣う場面もこっそり拝見しました。自身も対応しながら周りにも配慮ができる、この方なら間違いないと思った瞬間もありました。
Even though I visited suddenly without making a reservation, the store manager responded politely. After that, I visited several times and took a lot of trouble, but I was able to meet a good property by introducing the property in consideration of this situation. I was looking for a property in anxiety without knowing the land, but I am really grateful for the kind response.
As an aside, at the store, I secretly saw the scene where the store manager was concerned about the employees in response to the customers of other employees. There was a moment when I thought that this person would definitely be able to take care of others while dealing with himself.

また遠方からの異動のため物件を見に行けない事を伝えると、zoom等を使用してオンラインで内覧及びキッチン周り等実測なども実施して頂けたので、とても助かりました。
書類の書き方なども分かりやすく教えて頂け、物件の管理会社さんとの仲介も行って頂けた事でスムーズに手続きも完了する事が出来とても助かりました。
メールでの問い合わせ後の返信も迅速で、本当に素晴らしい方にお手伝いしてもらえて非常に良かったです。
