F	Fuyuki Eto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【チェーン店とは思えない！】牛角は、そこそこの価格でそこそこ美味しい、という感覚で利用しておりました。実際、コロナ前までは良くも悪くも普通、というチェーン店の焼肉屋さんで、ファミリー層には人気店だったと思います。ですが、コロナ明け、久しぶりに所沢駅のプロぺ通りの牛角にお伺いしましたが、口を塞ぐほどに味が落ちていました。豚タン、豚バラはタレに漬っていないせいか、そこそこ食べられました。（しかし、すごく薄切り）牛カルビ、ハラミ、ロースをはじめ、副菜のキムチやナムルなど、全てがしょっぱい。お肉の味は全くしません。しょっぱい、しょっぱい、しょっぱいで、普段は頼まない白飯をオーダーしてしまったほど。。。救われるのは、店員さんの接客が良かったところ。テキパキとしたオペレーションはさすがです。ただ、お肉を食べに来たのに、肉がまずいのは本当に致命的で、もはや他の場所にある牛角すら信頼性が失われました。チェーン店だからこそ、一箇所が不味いと全ての店舗に響くと思います。とにかく、お肉はタレでも塩でもしょっぱく、雑巾を噛んでいる感覚で、いただけません。お支払い後に、スタッフの方へ本文と同じことを申し上げましたがいつもと一緒の「タレ」でつけているとのこと。お肉のコンディションによって、漬け込みダレの浸透性も変わるのでしょうか。その辺りは難しいのかも知れませんが、そこを管理できるのがチェーン店なのでは？とも思いました。接客はしっかりしていました。味が、本当に本当に残念でした。牛角への再訪は、もうないと思います。 I don't think it's a chain store! ] I used Gyu-Kaku with the feeling that it was reasonably delicious at a reasonable price. ぶ	ぶーてん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入店時のご対応はすごくよかったんだけど…。ともかく注文した品の提供が遅すぎ。（単品オーダー）特にカルビ専用ご飯がなくなってからカルビが来るというのはなんなんだと…。で、｢○番テーブル、カルビ、おまたせでーす｣って、大声でアナウンスしてたので、遅れてる認識もあってのことと全部理解できた(笑) なにか違うのかと思ったら｢お待たせしました｣の一言を忘れないようにエクスキューズしただけらしい…。恐縮した素振りもないし、ふつーの提供だった…なんだそりゃ。チェーン的に元気が売りなのかもしれない。けど、大声で暗語を言い合ってたらただの耳障り。近所の鳥○族は元気さを感じるが、ここはぶっちゃけうるせーだけ。牛角に求めるのもはラグジュアリーではない。ファストフード的に気軽に焼肉を楽しむことが目的。座面の硬さやパーソナルスペースの狭さから店的にも理解していると思われる。だけどそれが期待できないなら行く意味はないかな…。近所の他店の方が同じ料金払っても十分満足できる。あ、あと網が湾曲しててシーソーのように傾く。肉が炭に落ちるかと思ったわ。 The response when I entered the store was very good, but ...
