店長の輝ってひとも、セディナのショッピングクレジットについて、嘘の説明をして、私にや四つジュエリーを売り付けて、トラブルになったので、
そごう横浜店には近寄らないようにしていたのだが、今回は仕方なくよった。
今回のことも、預かるときにほかの宝石屋なら、石のぐらつきを確かめてからしか洗浄をしないので、
いろんな行動、案内に配慮が欠落していると思う。
百周年で売る方ばかり頑張らずに、マナー、応対品質、どーにかしてほしい。
