★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟のトラック仲間でもここ幸手のラーメンショップ椿は美味いとの評判のいい店ですが、ただスープが温い時がある！と言う事でした。
ネギチャーシューを頼みまずスープから…やっぱり温い！ラーメンはスープ熱くてなんぼ！やっぱり宮城、福島の椿系にはかなわないかなぁ…
確かに味は悪くないけど少しスープが濃い…

期待しすぎで行ったのがいけなかったかな。
ラーショの中ではあまり好きじゃない味でした。
申し訳ない。
最近食べたラーショは全部美味しかったってのもあるかも。
城東店、間々田店、下大野、境、牛久、北川辺。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事終わり寒さで体の芯まで冷えきっていた為に味噌ラーメンが食べたくなり寄り道
ネギラーメン+ライス+餃子セットを券売機にて購入して差額分払えばと店員さんに渡したところ醤油限定だから出来ませんとの事…。
醤油に自信有りって事かと思いましたが、私の口は味噌になっていたので、返金して貰い食券を買い直しです。
改めてネギ味噌ラーメンをポチリ。
厨房ではベラベラ喋りながら調理してますね。
程なくして着丼まずはスープから…ぬるい……うん、ここのお店は店員さんの言う通り醤油だったかも(笑)
取り敢えず体を温めたかったので、ニンニクと豆板醤を大量投入をしたがあまり温まらず。
次回、行く機会があれば醤油を食してみたいと思います。

チェーン店ですが、お店によって味が違うのでしょうか。
少し甘辛かったように思います。
キクラゲももさもさの、肉厚のあるもので、味付けメンマも丁度よい味付けでした。

卓上に置いてある、玉ねぎとニラのキムチがおいしい。ネギラーメンみそは、ネギと刻んだチャーシューが、たっぷり。スープのみそは、背脂とみそこくがあり、麺は、ストレート麺でした。ネギチャーシューラーメンみそ、チャーシューが、やわらかい。味玉、黄身がとろっと。おいしかったです。

朝6時からやってるのは嬉しいし、なんと言ってもやっぱり椿グループのラーメンショップは裏切らない❕
めちゃ美味しかったです❕
チャーシューも分厚くて柔らかくてとても美味しかったです。
駐車場も広くて入りやすいです。
女性の店員さんもとても良い対応ですし、厨房の人達も楽しそうに働いていて気持ち良
かったです☀️
また来店しますので宜しくお願い致します。

タイムサービスで
ラーメン+小ライス+餃子5個
で950円のサービスメニューが有ります。
ネギラーメンですと同内容で1,100円です。
スープは、熱々でした。
ただ、暇なのか、店員さんの喋りが気になります。
『いらっしゃいませ』
『有り難う御座います』も
遅い気がします。
もう少し集中して欲しいです。
