★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目当てのラーメン屋が休みで、立ち寄ってみたお店ですが、当たりでした。生は安いし、ラーメン餃子もシンプルだけど飽きの来ない美味しさ。地元に愛される理由が分かります。また行きたいなぁ。
The shop that I visited was closed, but the store was a hit. Raw food is cheap and ramen dumplings are simple, but the taste is never tired. You can see why it is loved by the locals. I wanna go once more.

どれも美味しいけれど、初めての来店なら味噌野菜ラーメンが良いと思うよ。
【餃子は注意】で個人的なドンピシャの好みなんだけど、
王将とか冷凍食品のパリパリが好きな人には合わないかも。
外は割とふんわりで、餡がしっかり刻んであって食感が優しく美味しい。
久喜市にあるラーメンより餃子の方が有名な某ラーメン店に近い感じがあります。
どれもご主人の手仕込みで、機械調理の多い現代ではとても貴重なお店です。
久喜市・加須市・幸手市・杉戸町が営業エリアだったときは小まめに通っていました。
今は栄転？により30キロ以上離れた南部になってしまって残念。
でも行くと覚えて下さってて、ニコニコ話しかけて下さるアットホームな感じがたまらず時間があれば通っています。

手作りの餃子もとても美味しいです。
いつも、味噌チャーシュー、チャーハン、餃子、広東麺をシェアして食べてます。

カウンター席と座敷とあるので家族連れのお客さんも多いです。
