またコロナを意識して外で待っている人が何人かいるのに声かけもなく少しサービス精神に欠けていると思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スカートのすそ直しで利用。価格も高め、仕上げの技術の幅が狭いかなと。以前は会社の近くのお直し屋さんに依頼していましたが腕がよくレースやニットも素晴らしい技術で仕上げてもらっていたのでここの技術では物足りなさを感じました。価格もすそ直し2700円と高いです。
Used for fixing the skirt. I wonder if the price is high and the range of finishing technology is narrow. I used to ask a repair shop near the company, but I felt that the technique here was not enough because I was good at it and had the laces and knits finished with wonderful techniques. The price is as high as 2700 yen.

皆さん今までどのような素晴らしくて、スピーディで、安くて、愛想がいいサービスを受けてきたのでしょうか？
そもそも論ですが、服、作れますか？直せますか？
できませんよね。できないから仕事を依頼する。
金を払っているんだから、ではないんですよ。
自分ができないことをお金を払ってやってもらう。
値段が高すぎるというのも不可解です。
こういうサービスは、個人でやっている人なら別でしょうが、どこか一つだけ突出して安いというのは普通ないです。業界全体の生き残りがありますから、だいたい平均化して、同じような値段になります。
それに、服飾の勉強をして、服飾をできるようになるまでの時間、労力、身につけた労力、技術力、そういうものに対して支払うお金にケチをつけるような人は、一体何に対して価値を見出しているのでしょうか？
ここで洋服のお直しをしてくださっている方々はいわば職人さんです。
どこかの飲食チェーン店の元気の良い接客を期待しているのでしょうか？
そもそもそういう人にかぎって、ご自身の態度はどのような態度で店員さんに接しているのでしょう？
私は接客業ですので、同じく接客をする方々に対しては、失礼のないように接します。
何度か利用していて、先日も利用しましたが、非常に品のいい「奥様」とでもいうような貴婦人な方が最近は接客をしてくださっていて、非常に好感の持てる、上品な接客でした。まるで高級ブティックに来たかのような。
上記のような理由から、私はここは低評価には値しない。高評価であるべきだと思います。

対応してくださった店員さんが作業しているのかはわかりませんが、裾上げに一週間はかかり過ぎではないかと思いました。
店員さんは物静かな雰囲気であまり接客業という感じではありませんでした。
仕上がりについては注文通りの仕上がりで大変満足出来ました。
I came to the store to get hemmed jeans (¥ 900) purchased from Mercari.
I don't know if the store clerk who worked with me was working, but I thought it would take too long for the hemming.
The clerk did not feel like a customer service in a quiet atmosphere.
I was very satisfied with the finish.
