担当者の方は、私の話にも親身になって聞いてくれました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低ですね。接客、応対、管理会社とは名前ばかり、いくら注意してもなおらない。エイブル本社としては、ここは、看板を貸しているだけだから裁判になってもエイブル本社は感知せず。指導をいれてもらっても改善せず。星なんか一つもつけたくない。

ネットで予約もしておりました。予約の連絡などの対応してくれた方はとても感じが良く
来店時対応してくれた若い方もはとても親切ではじめでの場所で不安だったのでよかったと思っていたら
途中で対応のスタッフさんが
なぜがチェンジされ
その方が軽い感じのノリも何だか違和感があり
そこから子供の受験自信ありそう？だとか、
受験が終わってからもどうだったとか？
結果なんて出てみないとわからないし本人達が1番不安に思ってることを平気で聞いてこられて その前から下にみられてるなと感じていたので 顔には出しませんでしたが
ここでは契約したくないと思っていたので資料だけもらって帰省しました。
きっと私が下に見られていたのでしょうが
どんなお客様であっても
接客業ではしてはいけない対応だと思いました。
その後子供は無事合格しましたが
他の所で契約しました。
