★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 顧客への対応は悪くないが、「約束を守らない」ことが多く、いまいち信用できない部分がある。
最たるものは、「電話が来ない」。
こちらから一度電話して不在だった場合、日時まで決めて折り返しの電話を約束してくれるのだが、その約束の時間に電話が来たためしが無い。
絶対に、今まで一度も無い。
それで業を煮やしてこちらからもう一度電話すると、忙しくて迷惑そうな口調で対応してくる。電話しなかったことを謝りもしない。
挙句、手続きを進めていくうえで「倉山さんがなかなか連絡をよこさないので手続きが進まずに遅れている」という言い方をしてくる。
それ以外の顧客対応は問題なし。
だが、とにかく根本のところで信用ができない。
Dealing with customers isn't bad, but they often don't keep their promises, and there are parts that can't be trusted.

Other customer service is no problem.
But I can't trust it at the root.
