Unmanned in 1954. It's just a short walk from Route 465. At the end of the platform, there is a temporary toilet that looks like it is on the construction site.
小	小川徹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いすみ市佐室にあるいすみ鉄道の無人駅。国道465号線沿いにあるものの駅と認識出来る建物が全く見当たらず、街道沿いから駅舎を探す事が最も困難な駅です。上総東と書いて『かずさあずさ』と読みます。千鳥式の2面2線のプラットホームを持ち、上下線の列車交換が可能な駅で土日祝日は急行列車停車駅でもあります。上り線は国鉄木原線時代のくたびれた古い木造駅舎と下り線の粗末な屋根付き待合ベンチが好対照な造りです。いすみ鉄道の他の無人駅同様トイレ?も無く、バリアフリー化もされていません。また駐車場?や近くにコンビニもありません。この駅は街道沿いからの発見が困難なのでJAいすみの直ぐそばにある横断歩道を渡ると見つける事が出来ます。 An unmanned station on the Isumi Railway in Samuro, Isumi City. Although it is located along National Highway 465, there is no building that can be recognized as a station, and it is the most difficult station to find a station building along the highway. It is written as Kazusa-Azuma and read as "Kazusa Azusa". It has a staggered two-sided, two-line platform, and is a station where trains can be exchanged on the upper and lower lines. It is also an express train stop on weekends and holidays. The up line is a good contrast between the old wooden station building of the JNR Kihara line era and the poorly covered waiting bench on the down line. Like other unmanned stations on the Isumi Railway, there is no toilet ? and it is not barrier-free. There is no parking lot ? or a convenience store nearby. This station is difficult to find along the highway, so you can find it by crossing the pedestrian crossing right next to JA Isumi.
