いまだにガスが使えません。
緊急受付センターに連絡しましたが、
色々なセンターを回された挙げ句
うちのセンターでは分からないので、、、
と言い訳され
そのまま電話を一方的に切られました。
最悪です。
この寒い冬の日にお湯も使えませんし、お風呂も入れないです。
こんなひどい会社あるのが驚きました。

ガス機器の保証期間が終了するので、相談したのに、最初の対応と次の対応が全く違う。
こちらをその気にさせただけ。
ほんとにガス会社の変更を検討しようと思う。
