★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 穴八幡の脇を抜けて坂を登りきった所にある店。大学周辺はキャパが小さい店が多い中、ここは40人くらいは入れる。
店のコンセプトは「高くもなく、安くもなく、美味くもなく、まずくもない店」だが、冬季限定の鍋と春先の山菜類、牛すじの煮込み、自家製おしんこは食べに行く価値あり。刺身盛り合わせも1000円からと安いのに、かなり美味しい。
価格は1人3000円〜くらい。地酒は1合580円と良心的。安酒で大騒ぎする学生はほとんどいないし、ほどよい騒がしさがうれしい。
ランチ営業は、学生街にふさわしいボリュームたっぷりランチなので、お昼もおすすめ。
A shop in a place that has gone up the side of Anahachiman and climbed the hill. There are many shops with small capacities around the university, and about 40 people can enter here.
The store's concept is “not expensive, cheap, tasty, or bad”, but the hot pot, spring wild vegetables, stewed beef and homemade shinko are worth going to eat. The sashimi platter is also cheap, starting from 1000 yen, but it's pretty delicious.
The price is around 3000 yen per person. Local sake is conscientious at 580 yen. Few students make a big fuss with cheap sake, and I'm happy with the good noise.
Lunch is a generous lunch suitable for student areas, so lunch is also recommended.

I like the fried chicken for lunch because it has a lot of volume. There are plenty of snacks at night, so I just stay longer. It is a popular shop for Waseda alumni.

座敷があるので子連れでも行きやすいですが、ランチ時は混んでいるのでピークを外して行った方がいいと思います。
A set meal restaurant with a good serving. It's reasonable but delicious.
Since there is a tatami room, it is easy to go with children, but it is crowded at lunch time, so I think it is better to go off the peak.
