親戚4人で「もがみがわもり」を頂きました。 天ぷらとお新香に、この時期のさくらんぼ?がおまけ。 蕎麦はもちろんのこと、そば汁も最高でした。 蕎麦通の親戚がおすすめの蕎麦屋さんです。 ここのご主人は、蕎麦打ちの師範。 美味しいはずです。

900円で蕎麦に漬物、天ぷらまでついてくる。蕎麦の盛りは多くないので女性は並でちょうどいいかもしれません。男性は大盛りがいいかも。ただし大盛りになるとプラス300円なので割高に感じてしまう。量がいらない人にとっては☆5だと思います!

あれだけたくさんでてきて、このお値段はびっくりです(^_^) そばも美味しいですが天ぷらもお気に入りです。その時その時で変化がありりんごや干し柿の天婦羅が! 家では揚げないような珍しいのが出て来て楽しいです。意外と合うんだなっと毎回感心します。

最上川三難所そば街道にある、体験も出来るお店。店内は活気があり明るい。 この周辺のお蕎麦屋さんは何処でもなのか、お蕎麦を注文すると副菜的な物が沢山出てくる。丁寧に揚げられた山菜の天ぷらは美味しかったけど、ナスは衣が厚くて味がしなかった。お蕎麦は喉越し最高で薬味の揉み海苔が何気にアクセントになって味わい深い。山葵の追加が気兼ねなく出来るので嬉しかった?

結婚記念日旅行で旦那がずっとやりたかった蕎麦打ち体験に伺いました。丁寧に教えていただき、奥様とお姉さんに褒められ旦那はとても嬉しそうでした(^^)ありがとうございました。また、行きたいです。漬物も天ぷらも、もちろんお蕎麦も美味しかったです。

山形の蕎麦を食べたいと2019年7月に初めて寄った「手打ち塾 瀧田」。笑顔あふれるお父さん・お母さん・娘さんの3人で迎えてくれる居心地抜群のお店です。 以来、東北に車で出かける度に寄らせていただいてお母さんの出す漬物、娘さんが揚げる天ぷら、お父さんが打つ板そばは何度食べても大満足の美味しさです。 義兄へのお土産にお薦めのお酒を譲っていただくのも楽しみの一つになっています。今年の紅葉登山旅では、月山登山の前と東北を離れる前にと2度も寄ったぐらいお会いしてお話をしたくなるの素敵なご家族です。
"Handmade Juku Takida" I visited for the first time in July 2019 to eat Yamagata soba. It is a very cozy shop where three people, a father, a mother, and a daughter, who are full of smiles, welcome you. Since then, every time I drive to Tohoku, the pickles that my mother puts out, the tempura that my daughter fried, and the soba noodles that my dad hits are delicious, no matter how many times I eat them. It is one of the pleasures to have the recommended sake handed over to my brother-in-law as a souvenir. This year's autumn leaves mountaineering trip is a wonderful family that makes me want to meet and talk twice, before climbing Mt. Gassan and before leaving Tohoku.

自宅最寄り駅で「板そばまつり」のチラシを見て、山形県まで遠征しました。14の最上川三難所そば街道の加盟店がありますが、訪れたことの無い且つクチコミを見て選びました。人気店らしいので!二組待ちでしたが、すぐにテーブルに案内されました。 山形の板そばは、幅が広くて硬いイメージがありますが、こちらは細切りで、つるつると喉越しも良くいただきました。先に出てくる漬け物も素朴な味で、特におみ漬けが美味しかったです。天ぷらも珍しい白いサツマイモ、リンゴ?の天ぷらは初でしたが想像以上の美味しさでした。そしてそば湯が濃厚です。 お店のかたもフレンドリーで良かったです。 帰りに「板そばまつり」の抽選くじで地元村山・松田製麺の「葉山そば」が当たりました。 また訪れたいですね。

The tempura of apple ?, a rare white sweet potato, was the first time, but it was more delicious than I had imagined. And soba hot water is rich. It was good that the shop was friendly. On the way back, I won the "Hayama Soba" from the local Murayama / Matsuda noodles in the lottery for the "Ita Soba Festival". I want to visit again.
