鈴	鈴木定光 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もりそば（手打ち）620円かけそば（同上）670円 1980年代後半に創業した一茶庵系の「手打ち蕎麦屋」さんです。客室はテーブル席、座卓のキャパ30〜40人。席間広く、清潔感あり、スタッフもいい感じで居心地良いです。 2021年12月下旬の平日昼間に訪問しました。「海老天ぷらそば（1,110円）」を頂きました。主役の海老天麩羅は、丁寧な下ごしらえでプリッと揚がり、磯の香りと甘みが味わえます。もっちり感の手打ち麺は、繋がり良く手繰り易いです。鰹風味豊かな濃い目の汁は、海老天に最適ですね。 2021年3月下旬の平日昼間に訪問しました。「天せいろそば（1,330円）」を頂きました。手打ち蕎麦は、香り旨味を感じます。（量は個人的には多めに感じます。）つけ汁は濃口やや甘めのちょっとつけるタイプ。天ぷらは、海老2尾、鱚1尾、ふきのとう、茄子、南瓜で、この値段では良心的です。漬物はあっさり系がいいなぁ〜日替わりランチ、セットメニュー、一品料理が豊富で、手打ち蕎麦を提供する定食屋風なので、家族連れの利用もお勧めです。 ♯手打ち蕎麦 Morisoba (handmade) 620 yen Kake soba (same as above) 670 yen It is a "handmade soba shop" of the Ischaan family, which was founded in the late 1980s. The guest rooms are table seats and have a table capacity of 30 to 40 people. The seats are wide, clean, and the staff are nice and cozy. I visited during the daytime on weekdays in late December 2021. I received "Shrimp Tempura Soba (1,110 yen)". The protagonist, shrimp tempura, is carefully prepared and fried, and you can enjoy the scent and sweetness of the rocky shore. The chewy handmade noodles are easy to connect and easy to handle. The thick juice with rich bonito flavor is perfect for shrimp tempura. I visited during the daytime on weekdays in late March 2021. I received "Tenseiro Soba (1,330 yen)". Handmade soba has aroma and umami. (I personally feel that the amount is large.) The soup is a slightly sweet type with a strong mouth. Tempura consists of 2 shrimp, 1 sardine, butterbur sprout, eggplant, and squash, which are reasonably priced. I like pickles that are light. It is a soba restaurant where you can enjoy the authentic and delicious chilled soba noodles. The soup is hot, and when you soak the freshly fried crispy kakiage in the soup, it makes a sizzling sound! For Ohitashi, it is a little expensive and the amount of soba is small, but it is recommended.
ひ	ひふみよ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナで頑張ってる個人の飲食店に少しでも応援できればと、今日はこちらの天盛さんに行ってきました。近くにあったのに初めて行きました♪ お値段は少し高めですが、いただいた柚子切り天せいろ、柚子の香りが鼻を抜けて美味しかったです(´ｰ`) 天ぷらも衣が薄いので、カロリーを気にする方は良いかもです。汁も美味しかった。そばアイスもいただいたのですが、これも美味しかったです(●´ー｀●) 男性の方だと少しボリュームが足りないかもです。 Today I went to Mr. Tenmori, hoping that I could support the individual restaurants that are doing their best in Corona. と	とちぎのキタキツネ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 矢板で仕事があったので、昼食をこちらで頂きました。駐車場は矢板駅から行くと手前の道を入った左奥になります。天せいろが好きなので、それをオーダー。先客が３組ほど居たのですが、皆さん天ぷら絡みのオーダーが多いようです。思ったほど待たされませんでした。天ぷらは、野菜3品、魚1品、海老2本の計6品。一般的な品数です。肝心の蕎麦ですが、細麺で歯応えのあるものです。自分の好みですね。やや乾き気味だった点がマイナスですが、十分に満足できる内容でした(^^) I had a job at Yaita, so I had lunch here. If you go from Yaita Station, the parking lot will be on the far left after entering the road in front of you. I like the bamboo steamer, so I ordered it. There were about 3 pairs of customers, but everyone seems to have many orders related to tempura. I didn't wait as long as I expected. There are 6 kinds of tempura, 3 vegetables, 1 fish and 2 shrimp. It is a general number of items. It's the essential soba, but it's thin noodles and chewy. It's my taste. The point that it was a little dry was a minus, but it was a content that I was fully satisfied with (^ ^)
