アレルギーの薬だけ出されて終わりました。
本当にみて欲しかった症状と違うし、言う通り点眼してみたけど気になってた症状が悪化してる気がします。二度と行きません。

テンションはかなり低く、対応がとても悪かったため、星1としました。
診察室に通されると、本日はどう行った症状かなど、問診はいっさいなく、突然ライトを消して診察器具に頭をつけるように指示されました。
まぶたが腫れたのが受診のきっかけですが、
・女医「出来物はありますか？」
・私「(全体が腫れており心当たりがなかったため)うーんどうでしょう」
・女医「さわれば分かるとおもいますが？」
と、すこし曖昧な返答をすると患者を小馬鹿にした対応を取られます。
腫れたまぶたは左側なのですが、女医は右をメインで触診し、最終的に
「右だけでなく左も軽い炎症ですね」
と、あたかもメインの患部が右側であるように言われ、カルテの引き継ぎ等がしっかりなされているのか不安になる印象を覚えました。
上記の通り、信用できないポイントがいくつもあり、日曜に診察できる眼科は川崎駅付近に他かにもあるため、こちらはもう2度と利用いたしません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付も医者もダメです。医者は機会の操作に手こずってる様子でしたし、薬をさす時も無言で急に刺されました。
メガネの処方も頼んでたのに忘れられて、おまけに取り扱ってるコンタクトも少なく、普段使ってるものも聞かれませんでした。結局受診料取られただけで何もできなかった。お金と時間のムダ。
ここまでダメな眼科ははじめてです。
星０にしたいですね

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目の周りがかぶれてしまい、日曜診療しているということで行きました。
受付の方の対応は丁寧だったのですが、女医さんによる診察では、何も聞かれずに目にライトを当てられる検査をされただけで一分ほどで終わりました。
今回、目の周りがかぶれている、ということで行ったのに、出された薬は目のかゆみのための点眼薬だけ…
最後に受付でかぶれのための軟膏もらえないか、と聞いたのですが、かぶれは目のかゆみから来ているので、出すのは点眼薬だけと先生が言っている。の一点張りで、もらえず。
しばらく様子を見て治らないようだったら来て下さい。とだけ言われましたが、２度と行きません。
結局他の眼科で見てもらったら、ヘルペスでした。
ここはコンタクト買うための事前診察の眼科でしかないような気がします。
