前日の朝に左目瞼が赤く腫れ上がってしまい、翌日も腫れがあったので受診しました。
大学病院に引けをとらない医療設備、検査設備とうたっているだけあり、設備は整っていて、待合室も広くゆったりしています。
会計は自動会計機があり、診察券に張ってあるバーコードを読み取り行いますが、順番がわかるように親切に番号がふってあり、年配の方でもわかりやすい心遣いだと思いました。
月曜日で予約ナシで伺ったのですが、午前の診察時間終わり近くと言うこともあってか、ほぼ待たずに診てもらえました。
左目だけでなく、両目を診てくれたのは良かったのですが、「ものもらいではなくて、アレルギーですね」とだけの説明。初めてと言うこともありますが、気軽に相談出来る雰囲気には思えませんでした。
処方された薬もアレルギー点鼻薬ではなくて、ステロイド点鼻薬なのには、薬剤師さんも？でした。もう少し説明がほしかったです。
