残念ながら、患者さんより売上を見ているような嫌いが見受けられました。 お断りした筈の治療法が知らない間にされていたり、過剰な投薬がされていたり。 祖母の場合がたまたま そのような形になったのかも知れませんが。 現場で働いている看護師さん達は、親身に対応して下さっているように思いました。

他の方が書き込んでいるように、レントゲンのスタッフの方や看護士さんはとても親切で丁寧な方でした。受付の方はサバサバしていますが悪い印象はありません。 しかし、先生に関しては非常に残念です。 主人が通院した際にはインフルエンザと診断されたのにも関わらず、インフルエンザの薬は1つも処方されず。胃薬や解熱剤、咳止め、抗生剤、うがい薬といった薬を6~7つ処方されました。服用して2日後、さらに目眩や嘔吐で体調が悪化。地元の内科に通いインフルエンザの薬を処方してもらい治しました。 わたしが腰痛で通院した際には、ブロック注射を数ヶ所さされましたが、そのうちの1本がきちんとささらず注射の薬剤が服や患部に飛び散りました。「すみません」の一言も無いです。そして、薬剤が飛び散った部分が強い痒みと赤く炎症を起こしました。結局、腰痛も改善されず整骨院へ、皮膚は炎症がひどくなったので皮膚科へ。 治したいのに治りません。 もちろん人なので相性はあると思います。治療法も相性もあると思います。しかし、病院に行ってなぜ他の病院へ行かねばならないか…。親身になって話をきちんと聞いているわけでも無くずっとパソコンを見てるばかり。頑張って治しましょうという意志が伝わってきません。そして、また利用したいとは思えない病院です。もちろん他の人におすすめすることも無いでしょう。

Of course, I'm a person, so I think it's compatible. I think there is a cure and compatibility. But why should I go to a hospital and go to another hospital ... I'm not listening to the story properly, I'm just looking at my computer all the time. I can't convey my will to do my best to cure it. And it's a hospital that I don't want to use again. Of course, I wouldn't recommend it to others.

まず受付が タメ口 団子頭のリハビリの女性の方が 予約入れる時に いつなら良いの?と強い口調! 色々な病院行きましたが 人生で1番はずれな感じの病院です。患者さんに お大事にが ない!友達かよ!と思う口調です。

玄関にはスリッパの減菌器があり、清潔感があります。診察をすると、必ず先生が『お待たせしました』と言ってくれてありがたいです。治療法や病気に関して質問すると丁寧に答えて下さり、してもらいたくない事や治療を伝えると他の治療を提案して下さったりと患者さんに寄り添った診察を行なってくれます。また、発熱外来が設置してあります。発熱外来は通常の入口から少し離れた場所に専用入口があり、入ると小さい待合室があります。入口横には個室トイレもありました。また、専用診察室に先生が足を運んで診察して下さるので入口だけ別で診察室は一緒という事は無いです。(感染症対策がキチンとしていて安心でした)先日発熱と咳、鼻水の症状が出たため連絡すると指定された駐車場に車を停めて下さいと言われました。病院へ到着後連絡すると、すぐに看護師さんが車まで来て下さり『今から検査を行います』と丁寧に説明、診察して頂きました。また、『今から検査を行いますが感染症予防の為防護服着用で検査をさせて頂きます。ご了承下さい。』と頭を下げて頂き、返って申し訳無い気持でした。診察の結果季節性の風邪という事が分かり安堵していた所『会計ですが、受付の方が此処に来ますので入口に行かなくても大丈夫ですよ。お薬も薬局の方が来て説明と会計しますので。』とお話して頂き待合室にいながら会計、薬の受け取りが出来ました。何から何まで患者さんファーストで対応するかわさきクリニックさんは本当にありがたい存在です。
