★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 袋川、花見橋付近の桜土手沿い、ちょうど花見公園前の歩道上に建っています。公園内からブロンズ女性の背中が小さく見えました。
ブロンズ像(瞑想)は袋川の水面方向へ顔を向け眼は閉じられて瞑想にふけっています。歩幅は狭く今にも歩みが停まりそうですが瞑想は続けられています。(瞑想は人たる由縁の証しです)
健康で生命力旺盛な若い女性の瞑想姿は観る人にこれからも安定安心の境地に誘い続けます。
1987年10月設置、今年で33年を迎えています。鳥取県北栄町出身 彫刻家 奥谷俊治の作品で、その他鳥取城跡の吉川経家公像も同人の制作です。
 It is located on the sidewalk in front of Hanami Park, along the Sakura Bank near Fukuro River and Hanami Bridge. The bronze woman's back looked small from inside the park.
The bronze statue (meditation) faces the water surface of the Fukuro River, and his eyes are closed and he is indulging in meditation. The stride is narrow and it seems that the steps will stop at any moment, but meditation is continuing. (Meditation is a testament to humanity)
The meditative appearance of a healthy and vigorous young woman will continue to invite viewers to a stable and secure state.
Established in October 1987, this year marks the 33rd anniversary. It is the work of sculptor Shunji Okutani from Hokuei Town, Tottori Prefecture, and the statue of Keiya Yoshikawa at the site of Tottori Castle is also made by him.
