東京で数年ぶりに頂いた瓦そば。自分、山口県に所縁のある者ですので瓦そばにはうるさいですが、ここの瓦そばは山口で頂くそれそのもので、おいしい。久々に山口県に戻った気分になった。他の瓦そば店よりオススメ。

お昼のラストオーダー直前に伺いました。平日のこの時間はすんなり入れるようです。 メニューは瓦そば890円。麺大盛りが+100円、肉大盛りが+80円とリーズナブル。 初めて瓦そばを食べましたが、写真のように食べ方の説明があるので困りませんでした。親切ですね。 味は、初めてなのでわかりませんがつゆの味が少し濃いかなという印象。ただ、お蕎麦がカリカリに焼けて、お肉と卵と一緒に食べた時はとても感動しました! また、近くに茅場町近辺に来た時は寄りたいと思えるお店でした。

前から気になっていた瓦そば。北九州にいた頃、山口の川棚温泉に行って食べたのが最初。日本そばを焼いて食べることに驚いたがその味にも感動した。東京にも瓦そばを食べさせる店があるとは聞いていたが、勤め先の徒歩圏内にあることを知って、満を持して本日ランチでお一人さまででかけた。ほどほどの賑わいで、お客さんはみな女性ばかり。男性客には物足りないかも。 ランチ瓦そば税込890円、そば大盛り100円増し。 女性店員の接客も感じが良く、夢中で食べ終えた。ただつけ汁が本場山口と少し違う気がする。 レジでそれを伝えると、関東風に麺もタレの味付けも変えているとのこと。やはりそうか。川棚温泉で食べた瓦そばはもっと甘辛かった。山口の味付けは北九州に近いはず。 ちなみに支店の神田店は本場に合わせて甘辛く茶そばの麺も太めらしい。 今度は神田店に行き、レポートしたい。

The female clerk's customer service was also pleasant, and I was absorbed in eating it. However, I feel that the soup is a little different from the authentic Yamaguchi. When I told it at the cash register, I heard that the noodles and sauce were seasoned in a Kanto style. Is that so? The tile soba I ate at Kawatana Onsen was even sweeter. Yamaguchi's seasoning should be close to Kitakyushu. By the way, the Kanda branch office seems to have thick sweet and spicy tea soba noodles to match the authenticity. Next time I want to go to the Kanda store and report.

4年ほど前に利用しました。店内はあまり広くありません。ですが雰囲気は良く、瓦そばも美味しかったです。 瓦そばが食べられるところはあまり多くないので、機会があればまた行きたいですね。

お昼の瓦そばは何回もリピートしてます。本格的で美味しいですね~ 夜に行こうとして、コロナで行けてないのですが、落ち着いたら必ず夜にも行こうと思ってます。山口のお酒は美味しいからね~

すべてが絶品でした!! 瓦そばは連れと『〆だから1人前で良いでしょ』と言ったのを後悔。美味しすぎて追加1人前注文しちゃいました笑 あとなんといっても〆鯖!!!過去一と言っても良いくらい、肉厚とろとろな美味しい〆鯖で感動しました?日本酒と本当によく合う。。 お店の方々もとても気さくでまた再訪したいです!

瓦蕎麦を食べに行きました! 山口県本場の味に近いと聞きいつか食べたいと思っていました。太麺と細麺と選べますが、太麺甘口つゆを選択。瓦の上で焼けてパリパリ美味、、!ふぐの唐揚げや〆サバの炙りも食べました。 獺祭もたくさんあり、山口料理が食べたいやら間違いなくここです。また行きたいお店です。

瓦.Tokyo 茅場町本店 東京都中央区日本橋茅場町2丁目17−5 茅場町で、山口名物、瓦そばが食べられるのが、こちらのお店。なんだか、瓦そばが食べたくて、食べたくて、ついに訪問してしまいました。 入ってみると、雰囲気は飲み屋さんなので(とてもきれいでこざっぱりしたお店です)、お店の方に、「最初から瓦そば食べる人いますか」とお聞きしたら、「結構おられます」ということなので、まずは瓦そばから。夜は、太麺も食べられるので、迷わず太麺を注文。 これだけでお腹いっぱい、幸福に気分なってしまいました。完食後、瓦そばの乗っていた瓦も写真掲載しておきます。 あとは野菜焼き。これは、瓦を逆にして。不思議な安定感です。かまぼこもぷりんぷりんした食感がとてもよかった。 お酒の方は、地ビールもありましたが、山口といえば獺祭。飲みくらべセットで、獺祭と、馬関と山猿をいただきました。お酒の名前ですが、3つとも動物の名前が入っている不思議な組み合わせ。締めの酒は山頭火。こちらも山口の酒です。山頭火というと北海道旭川市発祥のラーメンを思い出しちゃいますが、お酒もあるというか、お酒の方が歴史が古いのかもしれません。 何はともあれ、店員さんも気さくだし、とても幸せな気分にさせてくれるお店です。また、おじゃましたいと思います。
