所長弁護士がワンマンで事務職員を怒鳴りつけたりしていたのが非常に印象的でした。
所属していた女性弁護士は事務所におらず執務場所すらないのに、所属していることになっているのは弁護士法や弁護士職務基本規程に抵触するのではないかと感じました。
頼もうとしていた事件について、不安があったので他の法律事務所に頼むことにしました。今では頼まなくて本当に良かったと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前、債務整理事件をお願いしましたが、男性弁護士の態度が横柄なように感じられ、とてもお金の問題で困窮している人を助けるという気持ちが伝わってきませんでした。また、面談中に、事務職員の方を怒鳴りつけたりするなど、男性弁護士の態度がパワハラ気質なように感じられました。一回面談した後は、弁護士に繋いでもらえず、事務職員の方とのやりとりだけでした。事務職員の方からの連絡は深夜にメールでやり取りすることも多く、事務所の労務管理はどうなっているのか疑問でした。こちらにお金に困っているという弱みがあり、また信頼できる人の紹介だったのでやむを得ず依頼しましたが、他の弁護士さんに頼めばよかったと今では後悔しています。
A few years ago, I asked for a debt consolidation case, but the attitude of a male lawyer seemed arrogant, and I couldn't convey the feeling of helping someone who was in need of money. Also, during the interview, I felt that the attitude of the male lawyer was power harassment, such as yelling at the clerical staff. After the one interview, I couldn't get a lawyer to connect with me, I just interacted with the clerical staff. I often exchanged emails from clerical staff at midnight, so I was wondering what the labor management of the office was like. I had a weakness that I was in trouble with money, and I was forced to ask because it was an introduction of a reliable person, but now I regret that I should have asked another lawyer.
