あ	あなたの言ってることは正しいけど on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅が雨漏りをしてきたので依頼。しかし施工後雨漏りに何の変化もなし。もちろん保証期間内だったので電話。話を聞くと打ち合わせでは元々残っている前の塗料を剥がした上での再塗装という流れだったにもかかわらず残っている凸凹の塗装の上から塗装したとのこと。それでは話が違うので再塗装を依頼したらまた家を見にくると言ってその時は電話終了。それから1年間電話がかかってくることは無く、こちらから電話しても一切電話に出ませんでした。 1年後やっと電話に応じた際流石に文句を言いました。すると当時の担当者がもういないなど色々言ってました。しかし結局本当の理由は保証期間内であるにもかかわらず再塗装が難しく対応に困ったから無視し続けたそうです。（←思い出したらものすごく腹立たしいです。）当然こちらからしたらそんなの関係ありません。保証込みの代金を払っているはずですから。なので散々文句を言い、前述の通りの施工方法で再塗装する事になりました。施工完了後半年くらい経ってからこれを書いていますが雨漏りに何の変化もありません。この業者をおすすめしないどころか絶対にやめるべきだと私は考えます。 I asked because my house was leaking. Instead of not recommending this vendor, I think you should definitely stop.
